Senior Trip Day 2

We started our day with a walk to a recommended bakery. It turns out that the bakery itself was small and located within a Korean grocery store. The coffee and pastries were good, but everyone thought the store was the main attraction.

Then we started the long walk to the Field Museum, taking pictures as we went.

We spent several hours at the museum before deciding to head to Navy Pier to grab lunch. The Windy City was really living up to its name on the Pier. We snapped some pictures after eating and then made our way back toward the hotel.

But first we stopped for chocolate.

Our feet were killing us but we were divided on taking a pedi cab so we walked. Then we decided to take a water taxi only to find out they were closed. So we trudged back to the hotel and spent the rest of the evening sitting in the lounge chatting while the kids played games.
