Cruise Day 2: Perfect Day at Coco Cay

How crazy that we're already in the Bahamas on day 2! Ben wasn't feeling the best, but he didn't want to miss out on anything. We'd booked a kayaking tour first thing so we pretty much had to get up and get going.

I so badly wanted to take my phone on the tour and get pictures, but it was advised against so I put it in a locker. Good thing, too, because one lady didn't and ended up losing her phone before we even got started.

The tour only last a bit over an hour and a half. The water was very calm. We rowed out a ways and then stopped for a while as the tour guide told us about the history of the area. It was shallow enough for us to hop out and swim around. Huge conch shells were scattered around. It was so serene.

After getting back to land we walked for a bit and then Ben took a nap under an umbrella. After the nap, we swam for a bit and then it was time for lunch.

Despite still not feeling the best, we walked most of the island just to see everything.

We headed back to the ship in the early afternoon so Ben could rest a bit.
