Daily Photo Challenge 7: Light

 My mom and I made wreathes together for Christmas decor, but I'm leaving it up until February. 

I understand why so many people decorate for Christmas early, but it doesn't make sense to me. Fall is full of so many wonderful Fallish things. It doesn't need to compete with Christmas. At the same time, January in the Midwest is gray, chilly misery. I've decided to extend my holiday decor straight through until February 1st. Not the tree and stockings, but pretty well everything else including the lights. Especially the lights. I need something to cut through the gloom and soften the blow of Christmas letdown.
