Front Yard Trench

 We have a low spot in our front yard that floods during rainy seasons which makes grass reluctant to grow there. It's been a thorn in Ben's side for a while. When we were on vacation, a friend came and trenched it for us so Ben's been working at getting it finished up.

Like most home improvement projects, this is going to be way more work than we initially thought. That trench goes all along the side of the house and into the drainage ditch that runs between our two properties. So....yeah.
