Trimtastic Chocolate Cake
I finally made the THM Trimtastic cake. I knew it would be good dairy-free because a friend made it, so that gave me confidence. I used canned pumpkin in the cake and palm shortening for the frosting. It turned out good - very rich. I can eat one piece and be totally satisfied. In fact, this has been my breakfast on mornings when I don't have time to make anything.
