Orlando 2020 Vacation Day 3: Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom hasn't changed much since we last visited, but we enjoyed it all the same!

Everything is so well done - it makes for a very immersive experience.

Sleepy kitties
The safari was fantastic this time. We really lucked out, because the only other time we've done this the animals weren't around much. This time we saw so many! I was sure the giraffe was going to come right up to us and poke its head in!

The Tree of Life - It's Tough to Be a Bug show
It's Tough to Be a Bug was a blast - as usual!

Treat break!

We also learned how to sketch Hopper from It's a Bug's Life, rode Expedition Everest, watched several street performances, and rode the Wildlife Express train. It was a lot of fun.

Gabe took a nasty fall when he stepped off of some bleachers. He scrapped up his arm and leg and received several bruises. Thankfully, I had a small first aid kit in my bag with some jumbo bandages. I was able to get him fixed right up. I'd never paid attention to the first aid stations before, but I looked them up and read good things about them. We popped in and they were happy to give us a handful of large bandages and some cleansing wipes so I could replenish my stash!
