One Thing: Accllimating

As a part of our "1000 Hours" or "Get Outside" or whatever you want to call it challenge. I feel like every time I go out, I discover or notice something. So, of course, I have to share it here.

The most recent was this exchange:

Me: "Don't you want to wear more than a hoodie outside? It's 34 degrees."

Gabe: "Nah, it's not that cold."

Now, before we started this challenge, the boys refused to go out if it was below about 55 degrees, declaring it "too cold." Now they don't blink or balk at even freezing temps. They know that being active will keep them warm.
