Gabe's Bed

Ben spent 2 months working on building a new bed for Gabe.

I'm not sure exactly where the idea originated but they worked together to come up with a plan and Ben got to work. He put a lot of time and effort into it and it payed off!

Here it is in all its glory!

The stairs on the end are also little cubbies to hold goodies.

The doors open to reveal shelves on the left and a big, open space on the right...

If you slide back the panel on the right, you find a secret hiding spot underneath the bed!

Gabe has some big plans for fixing up the space under there, but we'll have to wait for Christmas and his birthday for all of those goodies. He already had the light strip. Right now the novelty of having a secret hideout is more than enough.
