Yellowstone Vacation Day 12: Scotts Bluff

This was mainly a driving day with a couple-hour stop at Scotts Bluff.

The Visitor's Center was good for its size and the Rangers were so nice. The video was short, but informative. The trail up the bluff was closed so we opted to drive up, walk around, and then we returned to the Visitor's Center so the boys could receive their badge.

It was the perfect pit stop for a driving day.

We discussed also stopping at Chimney Rock, but then decided to press on toward Lincoln. We had a lot of driving ahead and knew it would be another late night. We ate dinner at the Whiskey Creek Grill and then browsed nearby Fort Cody gift shop before hopping right back on the road to Lincoln.
