Coconut Flour Waffles

This is a recipe that I've mentioned in previous posts, but I've never said much about it or posted a picture. We had them for breakfast for the umpteenth time so I thought it high time to post a pic.


I've made these waffles using pumpkin puree, butternut squash puree, and plain applesauce and they've always turned out well. Using ghee as your oil of choice gives a better taste, but coconut oil works just fine, too. Our favorite way to eat them is with strawberries on top. Oh, and the can be used as a substitute for bread in both sweet and savory sandwiches!
