I Tried It and I Liked It: Maple Chili Porkchops
We're hopping back on the GAPS bandwagon, but I'm not redoing into. Well, never say never, I guess, but I'm doing whatever I can to avoid it. It was so miserable.
I've been scouting more recipes because we just became so unbelievably bored with eating the same things day after day. I became bored with cooking the same things every day. Bored, bored, bored. That's how I found PaleOMG. Not everything she makes works for the GAPS diet, but plenty does.
Here's the first recipe of hers I tried:

Maple Chili Porkchops, greenbeans sauteed in ghee and topped with sea salt, and chicken broth with Trader Joe's Garden Veggie juice added in for some much-needed flavor. The pork chops were super easy and very flavorful. Both boys enjoyed them, which means we'll be seeing these chops pop up on the menu more often!
