Homemade Vanilla Extract
Nothing like a little vodka to start the day off right, huh?
I made my own vanilla last year and we went through it all. In one year. Ah, gotta love GAPS diet!
Making your own vanilla is super easy. And you don't have to use fancy bottles. I just used old wine bottles since I don't usually give any away. The kind with the screw-on lids are nice, but corks work, too.
Here's a site with all the info you need, plus adorable little labels you can print off. I've never bothered with labels, but I may have to give it a go!
