GAPS Diet: Chili

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner!! The boys loved the chili I made for dinner last night. I didn't use a recipe but used grass-fed ground beef, chicken stock, navy beans, garlic, onion powder, sea salt, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, green, peppers, red peppers, and some of my fermented ketchup (the probiotics were killed off, but the flavor was good). I let it do its thing in the crock pot all day and it was completely devoured at dinner. The boys were elated that they didn't have to have their broth on the side. I see lots of chili in our future!
